The fine art of seascape is alive and well in Wayne, NJ as forty young artists descended upon the Creators Workshop art school to learn the art of painting the sea. Working in acrylic paints, the aspiring artists learned mixing colors, brushstrokes, and how we see colors in nature. Besides putting their talent to work, the students share their kindness by donating a mountain of cat and dog food to be donated to FOWA,the Friends of Wayne Animals. Now in their ninth year, the Creators Workshop art school frequently presents the free workshops in painting, drawing, and cartooning as a way of promoting the school while raising the needed food for homeless pets. Free seascape painting workshop for kids!

Wayne - If you can’t make it to the Jersey shore on July 17th, you can do the next best thing and paint the ocean! The Creators Workshop Art School is proud to present this free, fun-filled paint workshop July 17th, 1 -2 pm, for children age 5 through 16.
Participants will learn the basics of painting while learning about painting the sea. Each student will complete a seascape painting in acrylics. Classes are absolutely free and all materials are supplied but we ask that you bring a can of cat or dog food to be donated to FOWA animal shelter. Class sizes are limited so call us today to sign up at 973-720-0001.
