Joe!

Ends up our little she was a he and I’m glad to report he’s back home with his owners. I found Joe roaming the streets on Friday and after spending a day with me, his owners called Saturday night and picked him up. I am especially grateful to Margo Weiner who took Joe in from me on Saturday night. Margo is a true angel who cares for dozens of abandoned cats and dogs and treats them better than royalty. It was a privelege to see how she cares for these little critters who were abandoned, abused, and left for dead. Thanks again Margo, you’re the best.

Yesterday morning on the way to my studio I found this little Angel roaming the streets in the vicinity of Ratzer and Mayfair Road in Wayne. I decided to pick her up as she obviously didn’t know the rules of the road and would eventually be hit and possibly killed. No one has claimed her yet. She is a beautiful dog and as of today looks like she’s homeless. I’ll hold on to her for as long as possible and can make arrangements through Wayne FOWA to have her adopted if anyone is interested. She’s a wonderful companion, totally domesticated and housebroken. She’s an older dog, a very deep sleeper, and slow moving when she wakes up. Would hate to see her put in a shelter so spread the word, there’s an angel looking for a home! Call Mike at 973-720-0001 with any info.

Creators Workshop is pleased to have Diane Neglio back to teach our our children’s sculpting class and also an adult class as well. Diane Neglio studied life sculpture at San Diego State University. Since moving to New Jersey in 1998, She has continued to study sculpture with some of the top sculping instructors in the Northeast.
Her artwork has been exhibited in many regional shows including the Catherine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club, Inc., Ridgewood Art Institute, Lambert Castle, Wayne Art Association, William Paterson Power Arts Gallery, and others. Memberships include The Catherine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club, Wayne Art Association, and the National Sculpture Society. Her works are in many private collections around the United States. Jane Hochstuhl Getty is an accomplished watercolorist who currently resides in Wayne, New Jersey.  
Her watercolor florals, landscapes and seascapes have been described as bringing nature to life. 
She grew up on the island of Aruba in the Dutch West Indies and upon moving to America, received her BFA degree in Art Education from Ohio University.  
Jane has been awarded numerous accolades for her work over the past fifteen years, and her work has been displayed internationally.  
Her paintings have been displayed at many shows on the East Coast and purchased by a diverse group of collectors from around the U.S.
